Rodrigo Osorio es Cientista político y magíster en Políticas Públicas de la Universidad Diego Portales. Es profesor en la Universidad de Santiago de Chile y Universidad Diego Portales. Ha desarrollado investigaciones en torno a partidos políticos, elecciones, opinión pública, y proceso legislativo que han sido publicadas en distintos libros y en las revistas Journal of Development Economics, Contemporary Politics, Latin American Research Review, Bulletin of Latin American Research, Revista Política, Canadian Journal of Political Science y Journal of Latin American Studies.
